Bimber is a London based distillery founded by Dariusz Plazewski in 2015. After completing a degree in Economics, Dariusz decided to pursue his passion for whisky and turn it into a business. The distillery is named after the Polish word for moonshine, which commemorates the Polish roots of the founder.
Bimber releases are exceptionally coveted, with every release selling out within a few days. The high demand for Bimber products is due to the excellent quality of the spirits. All of the ingredients used in Bimber products are sourced from the UK, and the distillery uses traditional methods to produce its spirits.
