From the wonderful Hinch Distillery comes the Ninth Wave Irish Gin. In Irish mythology, the Ninth Wave is an enormous wave that separates our world from the ‘otherworld’. This gin is made from nine botanicals including, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Cassia Bark, Lemon Verbena and Orange Peel.
