Tobermory Distillery was founded in 1798 by John Sinclair. The distillery was originally called Ledaig distillery, after the Gaelic name for Mull. Ledaig whisky is still produced at Tobermory today.
Tobermory Distillery is the only distillery on the Isle of Mull in Scotland. It produces two single malt whisky brands, Ledaig and Tobermory. The most popular whiskies produced by Tobermory are the Ledaig 10 Year Old and Tobermory 12 Year Old.
