Colheita (Col-yate-a) means "harvest", referring to the exclusive use of grapes from a single crop to create a vintage port. The One singular blend of select grain and malt Scotch whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay with The Lakes Single Malt at its heart, is then finished in these rare Colheita casks to create this rich and warming expression of The One.
Nose: Peach cobbler, fresh apricots, and a whiff of autumnal smoke.
Palate: Ripe plums, vanilla custard, and warming cinnamon.
