St Patrick's Cask Strength release is a limited run of truly great Irish Whiskey. Produced at the iconic distillery in Cork, this blend has been matured in first-fill bourbon barrels before being bottled at a cask strength of 53% ABV. Just 1,425 bottles were released, making this expression one worth collecting and enjoying.

Nose: Herbal thyme, savoury vanilla, with a hint of charcoal and milk chocolate.

Taste: Dry and spicy, with hints of sweet herbal and toffee.
