Dark Origins, a well-sherried release from Highland Park, is a blend of 80% first-fill sherry casks (of which 60% are European oak and 20% are American) and 20% refill sherry. This expression has a dark look that complements the stunning black bottle and box.

Sweet, fragrant peat emerges with nutty melted milk chocolate and a little orange alongside some pastries.
