Crafted from a combination of the finest Speyside and Islay Single Malts, including aged GlenAllachie, Batch 1 of MacNair’s Lum Reek 10-year-old is the perfect balance between peat and rich, fruity character. Aged in premium Spanish sherry casks, wine barriques, and virgin oak casks, a unique blend of flavours have been imparted. Expect a deliciously sweet yet subtly smoky flavour profile.
Nose: Waves of smoke, heather honey and ginger, fusing with cinnamon, treacle and vanilla.
Taste: Dark chocolate, ginger and citrus, with smoked spices, plantains and tannins.
Finish: Rich fruit, caramel, and a final lingering of smoke.
